- The user has to opt-in to any kind of data plan to use WhatsApp and Facebook messenger.
- Data charge is free for using WhatsApp and Facebook applications in all Smartphones. However, data charge is applicable for any other data based service usage.
- The customer has to download the messenger applications from a specific online store.
- Customers can only share photos via Facebook Messenger. Charges are applicable for voice messages or any other file transfer.
- Volume used on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp will not be deducted from the volume-based pack.
- 15% VAT is applicable on all charges.
